Marcia Davisson is a seasoned hospitality executive and strategic advisor with more than two decades of experience spanning operations, leadership development, brand strategy, and organizational performance. Her career reflects a comprehensive understanding of the industry, from front-line service and culinary leadership to executive oversight across luxury hotels, lifestyle brands, and destination dining concepts.
Her experience naturally progressed into corporate leadership, where she served as Corporate Director of Training and Development for international hospitality organizations. In that capacity, she led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on service excellence, operational consistency, leadership development, and scalable systems. Marcia is recognized for her ability to translate brand vision into measurable performance outcomes, designing cultures and frameworks that elevate both guest experience and financial results.
Today, as the founder of Convivial Consulting Group, she partners with visionary leaders and growing organizations to strengthen culture, align strategy, and build sustainable operational infrastructure. Drawing from deep operational expertise and a trusted network of collaborators, she supports businesses in developing high-performing teams, refining brand identity, and creating experiences that are both intentional and commercially sound.
