Meet The Owner
Marcia is a lifelong evangelist for hospitality, with a career shaped by hands-on experience across nearly every corner of the industry. She’s poured whiskey in dive bars, shaken martinis in ultra-cool lounges, sung jazz in cigar bars, served as a private personal chef, and led teams in luxury hotels, lifestyle brands, and destination dining concepts.
Her path naturally evolved into executive leadership, where she became an innovative Corporate Director of Training and Development for international hospitality organizations. Known for her ability to translate brand promise into lived guest experience, Marcia has designed service cultures, training programs, and operational frameworks that balance creativity with commercial results.
Today, she brings that passion — along with a trusted network of collaborators — to hospitality businesses around the world, helping leaders build brands, develop teams, and create experiences that feel both intentional and unforgettable. A natural storyteller and servant leader, Marcia approaches her work with humor, heart, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
She remains fueled by great coffee, inspired by beautifully set tables and meaningful moments of connection, and is almost always found in heels — because hospitality, like life, should be both purposeful and stylish.
